Any Coach who will be in contact with the children who are registered to play under LDBA in any fashion, be it the Teener league or any of the Affiliated independent township and borough youth baseball associations MUST complete and successfully pass a background check/screening for criminal and sexual offenses. A successful background check/screening MUST be completed.  Failure to do so will result in you being excluded from coaching in the Lower Dauphin Baseball Association.

FBI Clearance: Must affirm in writing that you have been a continuous resident of Pennsylvania for the past 10 years, otherwise an FBI Clearance is required: http://keepkidssafe.pa.gov/cs/groups/webcontent/documents/document/c_160267.pdf 

All clearances should be turned into your home association or sent to LDBA at [email protected] with the subject line "LastName_Clearances"
